The more attention you give to these elements and tailor them to your campaign themes and topics, the better your digital fundraising conversion rate will be!

The Content refers to all the texts and visual elements that provide context for your campaign, encouraging donors to support your cause.

The Content is customizable in the "Content" tab of a campaign:

All elements of this content can be customized in the back office through the following sections:

  • Header

  • Main Widget

  • Content Block

  • FAQ

📷 The Hero section

In the "Content" section, only the "Header" section is used for campaigns in Capsule format.

With its three key elements, the Hero Section immerses the donor in the purpose of your campaign. The personalized elements of the Hero Section will appear in Capsule format campaigns, unlike the Main Widget or Content Block described below.

The three customizable elements of the Hero Section for each campaign are:

  • Background Image and/or Video

  • Hero Title

  • Hero Text

The logo that appears in the top-left corner of the campaign is usually managed at a global level in your instance settings. However, you can override this global setting to use a specific logo for a particular campaign. In this case, the setting is configured in the "Appearance" tab of the campaign.

🛠 The Main Widget

Positioned across the header banner, between the Header and the Content Blocks, the Main Widget highlights the campaign’s goal.

The Main Widget is optional. You can add it in the "Content" tab of the campaign by selecting one of the pre-configured Widgets from the Widgets section. Two formats are available:

Live Counter

This allows you to track a fundraising target or the number of donors the organization has set for this campaign.

Embedded Video

Configured with a simple YouTube URL, it displays a video.

📝 The Content Blocks

You can create as many blocks as needed to expand on the context.

Different formats are available when adding a block to give you a wide range of layout options for your page.

❓The FAQ Block

Configured within the Widget menu, the FAQ Block can be used across multiple campaigns. It provides reassuring information to the donor in a concise format with dropdown menus.
